Elas products are made to order. Please allow 7 days for your order to be handmade. If you need your order sooner, please email us and we’ll do our best to prioritise it. Click and collect is also available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Express shipping options are also available. Please email us if you would like to request signature-on-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. Please provide a phone number when placing an international order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included, and customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

Please note: Elas is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.

RETURNS

Domestic Returns

Full-priced items may be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To request a return, please email contact.elascrochet@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within seven days.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

International Returns
